How to place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website:

Choose your service method: takeaway / self-pickup / dine-in reservation
Fill in the necessary information (such as pick-up time or reservation time)
Secure online payment to complete your order
Once your order is confirmed, we will begin preparing your meal.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet started production, you can contact us to modify or cancel it.
Once an order enters the production process, it is usually not possible to cancel or change it.
In case of emergency, please contact the store by phone or email as soon as possible.
What payment methods are available?
We support secure online payment methods, including: Debit/Credit Card payments Third-party payment platforms (such as Stripe or similar systems) All payments are encrypted for security.

When will my order be ready for pickup or delivery?
Takeout/Pickup Orders: Usually completed within 10–25 minutes after ordering (depending on the product) Dine-in Reservation Orders: You can dine in at your reserved time Delivery Orders (if applicable): Usually delivered in 20–60 minutes (depending on distance and peak hours)
Can I reserve a table?

What is the delivery area?
If we offer delivery service: Delivery area is limited to designated areas around our store. The system will automatically check delivery availability at checkout. Orders outside this area can be picked up in person or taken away.
Food Allergies and Special Requirements If you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements (such as nuts, dairy products, gluten, etc.), please note them when placing your order or inform us in advance.
We will try our best to meet your needs, but there may be a risk of cross-contamination in the kitchen environment.
What if I haven’t received an order confirmation?
